The PS Canberra was built in 1912 at Goolwa, South Australia. She was a fishing vessel and general cargo steamer before being converted to a tourist vessel in the mid 1940’s at Mildura. She has been calling Echuca home since 1966. To celebrate her 90th year, she was painstakingly restored and is now driven by a magnificent 1923 Marshall steam engine.
