2015 marks the 150th anniversary of the assassination of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln while watching a performance of 'Our American Cousin' at this venue in April 1865. As a remembrance, the theatre has planned several events to honor the fallen leader including a tribute, a show dedicated to artifacts from the fateful night and a play focused on his widow, Mary Todd Lincoln.
