The inseam on the bootcut mustard pants is 31-32". Great for tall people or those able to hem pants.
If you are close to the next size up, order up. My waist is 26", and fits perfectly in the small. My hips are 36" at the widest point, and each thigh is 22" around. The size small is just barely large enough. If I were an ounce heavier, I would want a size up. They fit like a second skin but not starting to stretch yet to give you an idea of how I'm judging the fit. For dress pants, I would guess you don't want them stretched over your thighs like yoga pants.
I chose these pants because I want something casual, but acceptable in a small office. It goes with most of my blouses and doesn't fit like leggings. Leggings seem fair in many offices, but I can't bring myself to wear them. This is a compromise for an old fashioned gal starting a new career with my employer, going from scrubs to officewear.
I usually wear a six, and the medium fits perfectly. It wasn't too tight but fit work appropriately. It was super comfy and light enough to wear to work during the summer. Hope they get more colors in
I ordered these pants to attend a wedding. I'm not a dress kind of girl. I got the pin-striped button slim-fit pants. I read the reviews & I got exactly what I was expecting. They are stretchy material, but I wouldn't call them anything close to work outwears, as some of the other reviews stated. They look good & will be comfortable all day.
If you are looking for pants that fit PERFECTLY, your search is over. I am 5'2 and finding pants that don't drag on the floor or need hemming is a rarity. So if you are short like me, these are the pants for you. They fall exactly to my ankle.
I'm also 148lbs and order a large (I'm usually a solid size 6).
I'm going to buy these in every color.
